At 25 years old, I was leading 50 people and I felt like an imposter.

You can probably relate to this…

  • You’ve just been promoted to a new role.

  • You’ve got a lot more responsibility at work.

  • You’ve started a new business.

…and you feel a little anxious everyday.

Are you making the right decisions?

Did you handle the conversation the best way you could have?

I felt the same way as a first time leader.

Until eventually I understood that leadership was a skill.

And I resolved to learn this.

I poured into the books. Practicing. Failing. Learning.

Long story short, I learned to be a better leader and by the age of 27, I’d built my business to 80 people and sold it in a multi 8 figure deal.

In doing this, I learnt 10 harsh leadership lessons by making 10, very common, leadership mistakes.
